Akums has 12 state-of-art manufacturing facilities producing formulations in almost all dosage forms and therapeutic segments for most of the leading Pharma companies across the globe.
Akums has world class manufacturing facilities equipped with ultramodern equipment & machineries for manufacturing formulations in wide range of dosage forms, including ;tablets, hard & soft gelatin capsules , dry & liquid syrups, dry & liquid injectables, prefilled syringes , large volume parenterals, eye & ear drops and herbal, nutraceuticals , dermatological , hormonal & cosmeceutical products.

Research & Development
Akums is a technology driven company supported by extensive R&D and F&D departments; coupled with well equipped laboratories and best technical talent in the industry. Akums has centralized R&D Unit for all the dosage forms comprising of creme de la creme of the industry professionals. Our R&D is DSIR Registered (Government of India) Akums Drugs & Pharmaceuticals R&D Centre is located at Mumbai & Haridwar. There are various products we developed which are 1st time in India and few of them are 1st time in the world. Akums has registered/ published 58 Patents in its name for the new products developed in-house. Akums has more than 650 DCGI approvals for New F.D.C.s and molecules. Akums has 15 DCGI approvals which are received for the FIRST TIME IN INDIA.
