Each tablet contains: rosuvastatin + vitamin d3

Rosuvastatin competitively inhibits hmg-coa reductase, the key enzyme in cholesterol synthesis, reducing cholesterol production and increasing ldl receptor expression to enhance ldl clearance. This lowers plasma ldl and vldl levels and increases hdl. Vitamin d3 aids calcium absorption and bone mineralization, supporting musculoskeletal health

In dyslipidemia with vitamin d3 deficiency
Common side effects include headache, nausea, stomach pain, muscle aches or pains, weakness, dizziness, and constipation serious but rare side effects- muscle pain or weakness, dark urine (possible signs of muscle breakdown), yellowing of the skin or eyes (liver problems), severe stomach pain, allergic reactions
Rosuvastatin + vitamin d3 is a combination medication used to lower high cholesterol (ldl) and triglycerides, which reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke. The vitamin d3 is included to help with bone health and may reduce muscle pain that can sometimes be a side effect of rosuvastatin
