Each uncoated bilayared tablet contains:benidipine hydrochloride + telmisartan + chlorthialodone
1 x 15 tab
Benidipine blocks l-, n-, and t-type calcium channels to relax blood vessels and reduce blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a thiazide-like diuretic that increases sodium and water excretion, decreasing blood volume and pressure. Metoprolol is a cardioselective beta-1 blocker that lowers heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand. Together, they provide comprehensive blood pressure control by vasodilation, diuresis, and cardiac workload reduction
As prescribed by physician/ respective specialist or rmp
In the management of hypertension uncontrolled on dual therapy
Common side effects of benidipine include fatigue, sleepiness, flushing (warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), headache, dizziness and nausea
Benidipine blocks calcium channels to relax and widen blood vessels, lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone helps the kidneys remove excess salt and water, reducing fluid volume and pressure. Metoprolol slows the heart rate and decreases its workload. Together, this combination effectively controls high blood pressure by relaxing vessels, reducing fluid buildup, and easing heart strain.
