Finenerve-d combines pregabalin and duloxetine, two well-established molecules that act synergistically to provide comprehensive relief from diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (dpnp). The combination addresses both central and peripheral sensitization, offering superior pain control, improved quality of life, and better patient compliance with once-daily dosing.
Adults (≥18 years)
As prescribed by the physician or respective specialist (duration depends on symptom control and individual response)
Take one capsule once daily (od), preferably at the same time each day. Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew. Follow the dosage as directed by your physician.
Most side effects are mild and transient. Commonly reported are: drowsiness or dizziness nausea or dry mouth mild constipation increased sweating sleep disturbances
Pregabalin reduces the abnormal firing of overactive nerve signals that cause neuropathic pain.
